Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Mini Moni Club experience. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Parent Dashboard.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Because billing is prepaid, cancellation stops future charges but access remains until the end of the period already paid.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: If you cancel, your access continues for the remainder of your annual term.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with Mini Moni Club, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please email support@minimoniclub.com with your account email address and reason for cancellation.

Exceptions

After the 7-day window, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods (e.g., unused months of a yearly plan), except where required by local consumer law (such as the Australian Consumer Law).

Refunds are not offered simply due to children no longer engaging, preference changes, or unattended auto renewals.

However, as required under the Australian Consumer Law, refunds may be provided where service fails, is defective, or unavailable.

Changes to Pricing

If we change our subscription prices, we will notify you in advance. Your current price will generally be grandfathered for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.
